I was 290 pounds. I am now 6′3″ and have a flat tummy at 240 pounds. I have not checked my weight since then but the beginnings of a double chin that I had is slowly disappearing. My tummy is not as fat with flub and my weights is down to 40 from 42-44. I am constantly on the road as i am a trucker and eats tons of fast food. Overall I like it. No real problems to discuss really. I started at 175 and was 160. I kept on taking it and I lost 9 more pounds in a month. I got down to 151 which for me and my frame was satisfying.
