Quick Start Guide-10 Steps
Step 1
Clean out your refrigerator and cupboards, getting rid of processed foods such as snacks, chips, white bread and rice, sugary foods and processed juices.

Make your workouts full or split body workouts using just compound exercises. Omit curls and triceps extensions. Work in the 6-8 rep range to obtain the maximum benefits with a weight size that causes failures within that range. This goes for both men and women! To start, do 3 to 4 high intensity workouts each week, every other day. Be sure to guard against over-training but do not just sit around on your ‘rest’ days. Step 5
Take walks and keep moving. You know the routine!

At first, stack your weight training with your workouts and then do the same with your interval training.
Step 7
Figure out what your daily caloric intake is and then split your meals up into smaller ones. This is only necessary one time and from that point on, you will know where you are.
Step 8
