Most diet pill manufacturers’ advertising focus on the effectivity of each individual ingredient in their formula. Not so with Clinicallix whose makers emphasize that the synergy of ingredients are the factors of their supplement’s potency. They believe that the right mix of ingredients in compounds does the magic.
This sounds sensible enough. Let’s see how Clinicallix actually pans out.
What Clinicallix Does:
Their official website announces, “But with Clinicallix, you can lose weight without the worry and without the struggle… WE GUARANTEE it!” Hmmm…another diet pill claiming weight loss without the proper diet and exercise regimen? Perhaps, but again, this isn’t a very healthy way to get rid of excess weight.
Clinicallix promises to help you lose an average of 31.69 pounds in 2 months. Each pill contains a whopping 4,000 mg. of ingredients, divided into three major compounds, all of which the official site maintains, are backed by documented clinical studies.
What’s In A Pill:
All ingredients are grouped into three main weight loss compounds, namely:
• Compound 1: Yerba Mate (400 mg), Guarana (750 mg) and Damiana (200 mg)
According to the official Clinicallix website, a double blind trial in Denmark proved that this mix significantly delayed gastric emptying so that subjects felt full longer and their cravings more curbed. The compound worked as an appetite suppressant and induced significant weight loss.
However, the clinical trial gave participants higher ingredient dosages than those offered in Clinicallix. Some disparity of 105 mg. of guarana and 124 mg. of damiana are significant shortages per pill when compared to the amounts prescribed in the study.
• Compound 2: Glucomannan (1000 mg)
Glucommanan is a good source of fiber. Studies have shown that 1 gram of glucommanan taken prior to meals will help you lose an approximate 6 pounds of fat in two months. Taking glucommanan is just like adding more fiber to your diet. Fiber makes you feel full longer and therefore decreases the amount of times and volume you eat.
In this aspect, Clinicallix offers a good amount of glucommanan. It is worth noting, however, that glucommanan may make it difficult for your body to absorb certain nutrients.
• Compound 3: Garcinia Cambogia (1500 mg), Chromium Polynicotinate (250 mcg), Gymnema Sylvestre (75 mg)
A documented study has proven that this combination of ingredients works for weight loss. The ingredient dosages in the trial, however, are much higher than those in a Clinicallix pill. The study used 4,667 mg. of garcinia extract and 400 mg. of gymnema while you get only 1,500 mg. of garcinia and 75 mg. of gymnema in Clinicallix.
The Bottom Line:
In summary, although the compound groups by themselves have proven satisfactory as weight loss formulations, their combination does not guarantee a good product as there are no clinical trials to date to prove them synergistically effective.
In addition, compounds 1 and 3 carry substantially less ingredient content than those actually used in the referenced third-party trials. This fact questions the potency of the offered compounds.
For products that claim weight loss without the accompanying lifestyle changes that have to go along with it, we do not give our full nod. There are just no short cuts to healthy pound loss. Proper food choices and exercise are vital to keeping your weight off safely and permanently.
Should you try Clinicallix? If you are willing to blow U$ 100.00 on a chance this may work, go ahead. Know, however, that the official website does not disclose their full address or any toll free numbers. Be ready to assume you will never get your money back despite their money-back guarantee because of their rather inhibited “Contact Us” page. If it were up to us, we wouldn’t risk the try. Look to other safer, tried and tested weight loss supplements like Phentramin-D.

The ingredient mix seems really promising but we just can’t trust the official site. A reputable company must never seem to hide.
